Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream
  • 3 3/4 pounds pre-baked cinnamon rolls with icing, cut into one-inch squares
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 14 eggs
  • 1 half gallon of vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray non-stick cooking spray over a 9"X13" baking dish. Add pre-cut cinnamon roll squares. In a medium bowl, gently mix wet ingredients, adding sugar slowly. Pour wet ingredients over cinnamon squares and let is stand for 5 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until custard is fully set. Allow to cool slightly. Cut into desired portions and serve. It also re-heats well! Microwave for 1 minute on high and serve with vanilla ice cream. *For a quick start on this recipe, buy pre-packaged cinnamon rolls at your local gracer or use the quick-bake cinnamon rolls in a tube.
