Sunset Coleslaw
Using Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and 1% Lowfat Buttermilk, the is salad is colorful and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
- FOR DRESSING
- 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Shamrock Farms 1% Lowfat Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage and carrots.
To make dressing, stir together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
