Rib Eye Cristiani Style

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream
- Cristiani Sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 portobello mushroom*
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup romano cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Add just enough oil in a small saute pan to cover the bottom. Heat over medium heat, then add garlic followed by the sliced mushrooms. Saute until the mushrooms are almost fully cooked. Add the wine and Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream and cook until the liquid is reduced by about 1/2. Add remaining ingredients to finish sauce.
*Before slicing the portobello mushroom, remove the stem and scrape off the black gills on the underside of the mushroom.
