Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces bacon
  • 4 ounces grated cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie crust according to instructions. Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Drain and add to pie shell. Sprinkle cheese into pie crust. Beat together the Shamrock Farms Heavy Cream, Shamrock Farms mmmmilk, eggs, and seasoning. Pour over cheese and place on bottom of oven rack. Bake until filling is set or about 25-30 minutes.
