Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz, Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • 1 bundle cilantro
  • 3 yellow hot peppers
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 firm red ripe tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt to taste

Directions

Chop onions, peppers, cilantro, and tomatoes by hand. Add garlic, and salt, mix together, taste for flavor. Add Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese. Mix all together. Serve with chips.
