Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
- 1/2 cup butter (soft)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter (soft)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until well blended. Add egg, 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and Shamrock Farms mmmmilk. Beat until blended. Pour into greased 11X7 pan. In bowl, gently mix blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, flour, and butter. Pour that mixture over the batter in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
