Heavenly Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
- 12 oz of Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
- 1 16 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan over a medium heat until cheese is melted. If contents are on the runny side, add a little flour to thicken.
