Cheesy Potatoes on the Grill

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms half and half
  • 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen French fries, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions with tops
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika

Directions

Create a large square (18 inches) of foil, double thick. Prepare with cooking spray.

In a bowl mix fries, cheese, onions, and half and half.

Scoop mixture onto foil, top with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dot with butter.

Wrap securely in foil. Grill packet 4-5 inches from medium coals for approximately 20-25 minutes. Turn 2-3 times during cooking. (You can also bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes instead of grilling.)

Carefully open foil packet, allowing steam to escape. You may serve right from the foil packet or place in a bowl.
