Fresh Whipped Cream

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Place a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer until well chilled, about 15 minutes. Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat on low speed gradually increasing the speed to high as the cream thickens. Beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
