Mexican Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms sour cream
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium Roma tomato, diced
- 1 cup medium salsa
- Nacho or corn chips for serving
Directions
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and onion in a small bowl. Spread on a round serving tray. Spread yellow cheese, then white cheese, and then green bell peppers in a decorative pattern on top of the mixture. Mix diced tomato with salsa and place in the middle of the tray. Serve with chips.
