Strawberry Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 cups strawberries, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 4 tsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
In a food processor, pulse strawberries, ice cream, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and lemon juice until smooth. Whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff. Pour strawberry soup in serving glass and garnish with a dollop of whipping cream.
