Cinnamon Roll Milkshake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup vanilla instant pudding (1/2 pkg.), prepared according to directions
- 1 1/2 heaping tsp. caramel ice cream topping
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick for garnish, optional
Directions
CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIXTURE:
Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.
CREAM CHEESE ICING:
Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and incorporated. Set aside.
MILKSHAKE:
In a blender, mix together the ice cream, pudding, milk and caramel. Add the cinnamon/ sugar mixture (leave a little to garnish with). Blend until combined. Divide and pour into two tumblers.
Top each with a dollop of cream cheese icing and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/ sugar. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
