Roxie’s ‘South of the Border’ Dip

A great party dip made with Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese. Make it as spicy as you want, your guests will love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 container (16 ounces) Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon multi-purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
