Guilt-free Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream
- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- 1/3 cup salsa, medium to hot
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Place thawed peas and avocado chunks in food processor: pulse until almost smooth.
Transfer mixture to bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir until ingredients are mixed.
Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
