Herb and Shrimp Spread
A spread that is great for parties or as a snack for you!
Ingredients
- 1/4 Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk
- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
- 2 cans (4 1/2 ounces each) small or medium shrimp, drained and rinsed
- Fat-free crackers or fresh cut-up vegetables
Directions
Mix cream cheese and Shamrock Farms mmmmilk until smooth. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, marjoram and tarragon, mixing well. Fold in shrimp. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with fat-free crackers or vegetables.
