Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
A delicious dressing featuring Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Shamrock Farms Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped anchovies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
