Stir Cow Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck cut into 1-/2 inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1(8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch cayanne pepper
- 1/2 lb wide noodles,cooked and strained
Directions
Brown meat in oil. Add onion and cook onion until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, garlic, paprika, salt and cayenne, then, bring to a boil.
Simmer covered, about 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from heat.
Reserve 2 Tablespoons Shamrock Farms Sour Cream; stir remainder into meat mixture. Heat through but do not bring to a boil.
Serve over hot noodles. Top with reserved Shamrock Farms Sour Cream. Eat hearty!
