Curry Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1 cup (8 oz.) Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Shamrock Farms mmmilk
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Turn off the machine and scrape down the side as necessary.
Scrape the dip into a serving bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend. This dip will keep, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
