Roxie’s Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Featuring Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream and mmmmilk, this casserole is a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook the pasta in salted water 1 minute less than the directions call for. Drain very well and add to a 9x13 baking dish. Stir in the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
