Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and put in a 2-quart baking dish. Top with extra dill and Parmesan if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top. Serve with hot bread, crackers, etc.

Serves 6 – 8.
