Cheesy Egg Noodles
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Shamrock Farms Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 pound wide egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
Cook the noodles in boiling water as directed on package.
Drain and put in bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
