Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups Shamrock Farms Fat Free mmmmilk
- 1 cup Egg Beaters (or 4 eggs)
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 3 cups bran flakes
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups oat bran
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 to 3 cups of raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients except raisins in big bowl. Add raisins. Mix again carefully.
Grease muffin pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes
Makes 18 extra large muffins.
