Roxie’s Sour Cream Pancakes
A great addition to your next family breakfast featuring Shamrock Farms Sour Cream and our mmmmilk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Shamrock Farms mmmmilk
- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Whisk together eggs and sour cream until blended. Stir in baking mix and vanilla. Add milk to desired consistency. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto buttered skillet or griddle and flip when bubbles burst and edges begin to brown.
