Cancellation Policy
Field trips may be cancelled, rescheduled or actual numbers of reserved guests may be reduced up to 21 days prior to the reserved date. After the 21st day, a 50% refund may be given for cancellations. Payment in full is expected for the number of guests reserved, even if individuals do not attend (numbers may be increased upon availability). Payment for additional guests, upon availability, will be expected upon entrance to the Shamrock Farms Farm Tour. Rescheduled field trips must be completed through May of the same school year.
