Shamrock Farms Dairy Launches New Branding Campaign
PHOENIX (January 13, 2006) – Shamrock Farms, the largest dairy in the Southwest, is launching a new branding campaign on January 16. The campaign includes a series of new radio spots and outdoor boards that introduces and provides a voice for Roxie, Shamrock Farms’ beloved spokescow who appears on all the packaging.
“We are really excited about this new campaign because it captures the personality of Shamrock Farms, our brand, our products and our people in a fun and creative way,” said Sandy Kelly, director of marketing for Shamrock Farms. “It also drives home the message that we are committed to providing our customers only the finest farm fresh products from our real dairy farm with 10,000 cows.”
The radio portion of the campaign includes six 60-second spots that all feature Roxie “Chewing the Cud.” In one ad, “Wisconsin,” Roxie hosts a radio talk show expressing her disdain at the notion that Arizona dairy could somehow be inferior to dairy from Wisconsin. Each spot emphasizes that Shamrock Farms produces only the finest dairy products with the already well-known tagline – Real Farm. Real Fresh. The campaign will air in the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
Shamrock Farms also is unveiling new outdoor boards and delivery fleet trucks that feature Roxie speaking her mind via a quote bubble. Fun-loving spokescow Roxie says things like, “Even 2% milk gets 110% effort.”; and “Want it fresher? Grab a stool and a pail.” All boards are signed Roxie and can be seen in Phoenix and Tucson.
